You Choose Your Gift is a B2B incentive based marketing platform, using variable gift vouchers given to customers for free in order to draw more leads to the hosting businesses. The YCYG brand was extremely outdated. Selling this marketing technique became an issue of visual-distrust for not only the prospect businesses, but the users who received the vouchers and continued to navigate through the redeeming process on the website.

I rebranded the company's identity as a whole with an approach of building a sense of trust at initial glance for the prospect businesses and users of the platforms redemption process. I aimed to modernize all aspects of the brand with a pleasant, comprehensible appearance from the logo to the website, down to the email templates sent at the final redemption stages.

YCYG had a very different style of navigation than your average website. Based on 3 “flows” of gift retrieval processes, depending on the code obtained from different types of vendors. This could be confusing to users who obtained more than one form of gift card. The site was also very clunky, using too many large images that weren't optimized for mobile devices and todays desktop resolutions.

In order to modernize the site, I used an easy to digest navigation system that feels almost app-like. In the back-end of the site the interface changes based on the gift-code input to direct the viewers between Branded gifts, Wholesale items, and simple gift cards to internal-vendors. Upon submission of customer information , flow-specific emails that were rebranded get sent depending on the track the viewer takes.
